Todd is a native of Owensboro and has pastored around the city for nearly twenty years. In 2006, he began serving as the pastor of New Life Church with a vision to serve and connect to the westside of Owensboro. Through soup kitchens, thrift stores, and homeless shelters God has grown that vison into a reality. New Life has become a church for the community. Todd completed his undergraduate studies at WKU and holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Southern Seminary. He has been married to his wife Sandy for 36 years and has three adult children and three grandchildren.
